Acceptable Use Policy

PetVinci.AI is an AI art studio for creating portraits of pets and of people together with their pets. This policy applies to every photo you upload and every portrait you create, order or download.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, request or create:

• Sexually explicit, adult or NSFW content of any kind, including nudity, sexual acts, sexualised poses or suggestive imagery.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, harmful or exploitative way.
• Violent, gory, hateful, harassing or discriminatory imagery.
• Depictions of animal cruelty or abuse.
• Photos of people who have not given their consent, or content intended to impersonate, deceive or defame someone.
• Photos you do not have the right to use, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Content that promotes illegal activity.

Permitted use

You may create portraits of your own pets, and of yourself and family members who have agreed to be included, for personal use, gifts and prints.

Enforcement

Our system applies automated safety filters and we may review content. We may refuse or block generations, remove portraits, cancel orders and suspend accounts that break this policy. Paid orders cancelled for policy violations may not be refunded.
