These terms govern your use of PetVinci.AI (petvinci.ai). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

PetVinci.AI creates AI-generated artistic portraits from photos you upload. Free previews are watermarked. A high-resolution file or a printed product is delivered after payment is confirmed.

Your account and content

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
• You confirm you own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and that any person shown has agreed.
• You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Sexually explicit, adult and NSFW content is prohibited.

Ownership and licence

You keep the rights to your photos. After purchase you may use your portrait for personal purposes, including gifts and prints. AI results are artistic interpretations and may differ from the original photo.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout, including shipping for printed products. Payment is processed by our payment providers.

Delivery

Digital files are available in your account after payment. Printed products are made to order by our print partners and shipped to the address you provide.

Refunds

Because digital portraits are personalised and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. Printed products that arrive damaged or defective will be reprinted or refunded — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
