• Photos you upload and the portraits created from them.
• Order details: name, shipping address and email for delivery.
• Payment status from our payment providers. We do not store card or wallet credentials.
• Basic usage data to keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

To create your portraits, fulfil and deliver orders, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run the shop: hosting and storage, AI image processing, payment providers, and print and shipping partners (for printed orders).

Storage and retention

Your photos and portraits are stored privately and are visible only to you. We keep data while your account is active or as required by law. You can delete portraits in your account.
